摘要:This article presents a symbolic control approach to the design of distributed safety controllers for a class of continuous-time nonlinear systems. More precisely, we consider systems made of components where each component is equipped with a sampled-data controller with its own sampling period, resulting globally in a distributed multiperiodic sampled-data system. Moreover, controllers receive partial information on the state of the other components. We propose a component-based approach to c...

摘要:We show that the pair (rotor position, resistance) of a nonsalient permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is not observable in the sensorless setting, namely, when only the electrical signals (voltages and intensities) are measured. However, if the rotation speed omega and the current in rotating frame i(d) are not constantly zero, we prove that there only exist a maximum of six indistinguishable solutions, the resistance being the root of a polynomial of degree six. Besides, in the particu...

摘要:This article considers adaptive output-feedback control problem for nonsquare multi-input-multi-output systems (MIMO) with arbitrary relative degree. The proposed controller, based on the L-1 adaptive control architecture, is designed using the right interactor matrix and a suitably defined projection matrix. A state-output predictor, a low-pass filter, and adaptive laws are introduced that achieve output tracking of a desired reference signal. It is shown that the proposed control strategy gu...

摘要:This article focuses on distributed consensus control for nonlinear multiagent systems under directed graphs of dynamic frequency switches. The agents exchange information with each other through directed graphs that are switched based on a new general switching law. Not all graphs contain a spanning tree with the leader as the root. Under this condition, a novel distributed switched observer is constructed for each follower, and it can accurately estimate the state information of the leader b...

摘要:This article aims at a distributed design to minimize the nuclear norm (the sum of all singular values) under linear equality constraints over a multiagent network. The problem is reformulated as a distributed trace norm minimization problem by introducing substitutional variables. A distributed projected primal-dual algorithm is proposed for the reformulation. It is shown that the algorithm converges to an optimal solution with a rate of O(1/t). Numerical simulations on three classical proble...

摘要:This article considers security control under the network environment for a system with deception attacks, polytopic uncertainty, and persistent bounded disturbance. Since the state is immeasurable and the physical constraint is considered, the output feedback robust model predictive control (MPC) is utilized. The previous results on the output feedback robust MPC are extended to address the deception attacks. The mean-square quadratic boundedness is defined in order to characterize the closed...

摘要:Positive systems play an important role in systems and control theory and have found many applications in multiagent systems, neural networks, systems biology, and more. Positive systems map the nonnegative orthant to itself (and also the nonpositive orthant to itself). In other words, they map the set of vectors with zero sign variations to itself. In this article, discrete-time linear systems that map the set of vectors with up to k - 1 sign variations to itself are introduced. For the speci...

摘要:We examine the H-2 norm of matrix-weighted leader-follower consensus on series-parallel networks. By using an extension of electrical network theory on matrix-valued resistances, voltages, and currents, we show that the computation of the H-2 norm can be performed efficiently by decomposing the network into atomic elements and composition rules. Finally, we examine the problem of efficiently adapting the matrix-valued edge weights to optimize the H-2 norm of the network.

摘要:The design and analysis of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) are considered for a globally Lipschitz nonlinear discrete-time system, which is nonaffine to control inputs. A local dynamic linearization is proposed to transfer the original nonaffined nonlinear system into a nonlinear system affine to control input such that the open problem of selecting a control gain in the feedback control law of ADRC is solved. Furthermore, both a parameter updating law and an adaptive extended stat...

摘要:Equilibrium-independent passive-short (EIPS) systems are a class of systems that satisfy a passivity-like dissipation inequality with respect to any forced equilibria with nonpositive passivity indices. This article presents a geometric approach for finding a passivizing transformation for such systems, relying on their steady-state input-output relation and the notion of projective quadratic inequalities (PQIs). We show that PQIs arise naturally from passivity-shortage characteristics of an E...
