摘要:Our research investigates firm learning from failures by dividing them into two types, failures that occur due to slip-ups and those that occur due to knowledge gaps, and by examining whether learning occurs in the context of both types of failures. 摘要:This paper investigates how entrepreneurs achieve a sense of purpose or, more precisely, eudaimonic well-being-the experience of a good and meaningful life. 摘要:We provide evidence that in certain contexts, firms set upward-striving goals and that this upward striving yields significant performance and visibility benefits.
