摘要:Phagocyte NADPH oxidase, a protein complex with a core made up of NOX2 and p22 subunits, is responsible for transferring electrons from intracellular NADPH to extracellular oxygen(1). This process generates superoxide anions that are vital for killing pathogens(1). The activation of phagocyte NADPH oxidase requires membrane translocation and the binding of several cytosolic factors(2). 摘要:It is well established that neutrophils adopt malleable polymorphonuclear shapes to migrate through narrow interstitial tissue spaces(1-3). However, how polymorphonuclear structures are assembled remains unknown(4). 摘要:Scientists are enthusiastically imagining ways in which artificial intelligence (AI) tools might improve research. Why are AI tools so attractive and what are the risks of implementing them across the research pipeline?
