摘要:Cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS) senses aberrant DNA during infection, cancer and inflammatory disease, and initiates potent innate immune responses through the synthesis of 2 ' 3 '-cyclic GMP-AMP (cGAMP)1-7.
