摘要：We consider the information design and inventory management problem in the context of consumer stockpiling under supply chain disruption risk. Employing a Bayesian persuasion framework, we characterize consumers' rational stockpiling behavior and examine the strategic information disclosure of a profit-maximizing retailer versus a welfare-maximizing social planner. 摘要：We study multi-period risk-averse inventory control in a data-driven setting. In this problem, a risk-averse retailer makes periodic decisions on inventory levels based only on historical demand observations without full knowledge of the demand distribution. 摘要：The use of urgent care centers (UCCs) to reduce emergency department (ED) overuse has yielded mixed results in prior research. This paper investigates how the spatial proximity between UCCs and EDs drives heterogeneous effects of UCCs on ED demand. 摘要：Considering human motivation, is it more effective to assign work tasks to shop floor workers or let them choose among a set of open tasks?
