摘要：When algorithmic decision-making systems fail to function as intended, they become conduits for administrative error and risk producing arbitrary determinations through the very technologies meant to prevent them. 摘要：A new mayor's transition period is widely regarded as important to their overall success, yet mayoral transitions have received little research attention. 摘要：This study investigates how dissent and guerrilla government research shape theory and practice in public administration. The research takes a metasynthetic approach to a traditional systematic review by incorporating ethnographic methods to synthesize the state of the dissent and guerrilla government research.
