摘要:Recently, Jones pointed out a useful device for enriching families of univariate distributions. Typically, one may construct a random variable with distribution F by considering F-1 (U), where U is a uniform(0, 1) random variable. 摘要:We propose a new stochastic algorithm for Bayesian-optimal design in nonlinear and high-dimensional contexts. Following Peter Muller, we solve an optimization problem by exploring the expected utility surface through Markov chain Monte Carlo simulations.
