摘要:Structural duration conveys stability but also resilience in central government and is therefore a key issue in the debate on the structure and organization of government. 摘要:Collaboration is a commonly prescribed method of public service improvement. If collaboration fails, blame is typically ascribed to transaction costs, organizational inertia, or premature evaluation. 摘要:Does ideological extremism curb a public agency's desire to grow? This article theorizes that changes in the political environment affect a public agency leader's growth aspirations.
