摘要：Much is known about governmental resistance to disclosure laws, less so about multi-stakeholder resistance to open data. 摘要：This article analyses the institutional coevolution of policy sectors - in other words, the mutual influence and adaptation of the institutional connection between related policy areas. The article proposes a two-dimensional analytical space ranging from separation to unity on one axis and from superiority/subaltern to equality on the other. 摘要：Based on a multilevel analysis of the OECD PISA 2012 data on school test results for 60 countries, we have established that three presuppositions underlying the policy recommendation to introduce more choice and competition in education are untenable. 摘要：While transparency is viewed as a means of improving citizen understanding of public policies and eliciting policy support, there are few empirical assessments of these relationships. We address this gap in the literature using an experimental design.
