摘要：Scholars of responsive forms of governance tend to analyze agreements, arrangements, and architectures. 摘要：Administrative burden research claims that target group members are likely to experience learning, compliance, and psychological costs when interacting with government programs. 摘要：Gender-responsive budgeting (GRB) has been introduced in over 80 countries to mitigate gender inequities. We evaluate if these reforms can influence policy making and enhance gender-oriented accountability. Our analysis follows the process-tracing methodology and includes over 20 in-depth interviews.
