摘要:This paper reports the results of a field experiment to assess the collaborative effects of community participation in the Ugandan oil and gas sector. 摘要:This study aims to advance our knowledge about the role of public participation in formulating budgetary decisions of local governments. 摘要:A large body of research shows that clients of government services benefit from the presence of bureaucrats with whom they share race or ethnicity. These benefits arise from active or symbolic representation, which scholars argue are grounded in the shared backgrounds, language, and values that race and ethnicity proxy.
