摘要：Employers are under increasing pressure from regulators, investors, and their own employees to address gender pay inequity in their compensation structure. However, managers tasked with measuring and closing gender and other pay gaps have few helpful quantitative tools at their disposal. 摘要：Research has demonstrated that certain team composition factors-high expertise similarity, high network cohesion, and mixed-gender teams-have predominantly negative effects on the teams' invention outcomes. 摘要：We consider a dynamic Stackelberg game between a manufacturer and a retailer facing a randomly changing market environment (boom-bust cycle) modeled as a Markov process over time. The manufacturer announces the national advertising effort and a cooperative (co-op) advertising subsidy, and the retailer sets the local advertising effort.
