摘要:A challenging task in network synchronization is steering the network toward a coherent solution, when the dynamics of the constituent systems are heterogeneous and uncertain. In this situation, synchronization can be achieved via adaptive protocols (with adaptive feedback gains or adaptive coupling gains, or both). However, as state-of-the-art synchronization methods adopt a distributed observer architecture, they require to communicate extra observer variables among neighbors, in addition to...

摘要:This article considers a distributed Nash equilibrium seeking problem, where the players only have partial access to other players' actions, such as their neighbors' actions. Thus, the players are supposed to communicate with each other to estimate other players' actions. To solve the problem, a leader-following consensus gradient-free distributed Nash equilibrium seeking algorithm is proposed. This algorithm utilizes only the measurements of the player' local cost function without the knowled...

摘要:We develop a distributed second-order proximal algorithm, referred to as SoPro, to address in-network consensus optimization. The proposed SoPro algorithm converges linearly to the exact optimal solution, provided that the global cost function is locally restricted strongly convex. This relaxes the standard global strong convexity condition required by the existing distributed optimization algorithms to establish linear convergence. In addition, we demonstrate that SoPro is computation- and co...

摘要:Max-plus linear (MPL) systems are often described by a transition function, which models the state evolution of the system, and a measurement function, which binds the measures with the system states. Methods for computing the inverse image of a point w.r.t. the measurement function are particularly interesting in applications where it is desirable to obtain information about the system states based on the output observations. The inverse image of a set w.r.t. a nondeterministic MPL system, ca...

摘要:It is well known that the nonlinear filtering (NLF) problem has important applications in both military and civil industries. The central question is to solve the posterior conditional density function of the states, which satisfies the Kushner or the Duncan-Mortensen-Zakai (DMZ) equation after suitable change of probability measure. In this article, we shall follow the so-called Yau-Yau's algorithm to split the solution of the DMZ equation into on- and off-line part, where the off-line part i...

摘要:A fault-tolerant control (FTC) scheme for a class of nonlinear systems with unmatched actuator redundancy and unmatched disturbances is proposed in this article. A methodology to construct unified smooth sliding mode control laws and update laws are proposed such that the equivalent injections of the first-order time derivatives of the unmatched actuator faults and unmatched disturbances can appear in the unmatched channels. The unmatched actuator faults and unmatched disturbances are complete...

摘要:This article develops a fully decentralized multiagent algorithm for policy evaluation. The proposed scheme can be applied to two distinct scenarios. In the first scenario, a collection of agents have distinct datasets gathered by following different behavior policies (none of which is required to explore the full state space) in different instances of the same environment and they all collaborate to evaluate a common target policy. The network approach allows for efficient exploration of the ...
