摘要:This paper studies how service providers can design social interaction among participants and quantify the causal impact of that interaction on service quality. 摘要:Phase III clinical trials are expensive and require enrolling and treating hundreds or thousands of patients at many sites. The time and cost required to do so are uncertain, as is the economic value of the drug upon completion. 摘要:We analyze how performance metrics that contain equivalent information affect actual decisions. We consider two such performance metrics from supply chain management, days of supply and inventory turn rate, where one is the inverse of the other.
