摘要:Me argue that firms in regulated industries react to macroeconomic and policy risks hi sharply different ways. While they seek to avoid countries with high levels of macroeconomic uncertainty, we predict that they find it more attractive to expand into countries characterized by governments with discretionary policy making capacities so as to be able to negotiate favorable conditions of entry. 摘要:This article investigates the impact of competitive intensity and collaboration on firm growth across technological environments. I propose that competitive intensity determines the likelihood of firm collaboration, and that the interaction of competitive intensity and collaboration influences firm growth.
