摘要：This study investigates a supplier's voluntary disclosure strategy when it can encroach on a retailer's operations by selling directly to final consumers. The establishment of a direct sales channel expands market potential, induces the supplier to adopt a more frequent disclosure strategy, and ultimately leads to a higher level of information transparency in the supply chain. 摘要：Motivated by the recent reshoring initiatives, we study firms' global sourcing strategies from two different supply sources, offshore and onshore supply bases, under supply and demand uncertainty. 摘要：We study strategic capacity investment problems in joint ventures (JVs) with fixed-rate revenue-sharing contracts. We adopt a game-theoretical approach to study two types of JVs depending on how individual resources determine the effective capacity of a JV. With complementary resources, the effective capacity of a JV is constrained by the most scarce resource. We show that multiple Nash equilibria could exist. 摘要：We examine inventory decisions in a multiperiod newsvendor model. In particular, we analyze the impact of budget cycles in a behavioral setting. We derive optimal rational decisions and characterize the behavioral decision-making process using a short-sightedness factor. We test the aforementioned effect in a laboratory environment.
