摘要：This paper studies the effects of international taxation on multinational firms' production outsourcing strategies, which has attracted recent attention from both practitioners and legislators. 摘要：Traditional production planning is primarily a quantity or capacity decision, which must be made at the beginning of a planning horizon before production starts. Adding to this decision a real-time control, a risk-hedging strategy carried out throughout the horizon can better mitigate the risk involved in demand volatility. 摘要：We investigate a dynamic contracting problem in a supply chain with a manufacturer selling a seasonal product through a retailer over two periods. In period 1, which is before the selling season, neither firm knows the demand information. The manufacturer runs on the regular production mode with low production cost but long lead time.
