摘要:How we manage operations-the domain of Operations Management (OM)-has important implications for the practice of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in organizations. 摘要:An equal employment opportunity (EEO) policy is an essential practice of workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. Using a novel measure of workplace EEO based on the textual analysis of online job postings, we show a lead-lag pattern of EEO practice between principal customers and their dependent suppliers. 摘要:We describe the state of supplier diversity efforts by large corporations from an international perspective. We examine data for the companies in the 2020 and 2022 Fortune Global 500 and find that corporate definitions of diversity are dynamic and vary across regions.
