摘要:Sustaining innovation is a vital yet difficult task. Innovation requires the coordinated efforts of many actors to facilitate ( 1) the recombination of ideas to generate novelty, ( 2) real-time problem solving, and ( 3) linkages between present innovation efforts with past experiences and future aspirations. 摘要:We consider the role that resource variation plays in affecting a firm's market entry decision. Resource variation, represented by amplitude, frequency, and unpredictability of change in market demand, has been shown to affect organizations' decisions and life chances, but there is little evidence of the effect of variation on entry decisions.
