摘要：Investor time horizon varies by company, industry and economic system. In this article we explore the importance of this variation by studying the impact of shareholder time horizon on the investment decisions of the firms they own, and externalities on the wider market. 摘要：Drawing on a cognitive perspective of trust, we propose that the trust towards an alliance partner's country, which we call national trust, will affect the governance structure used to organize the alliance between the partners. 摘要：In this study, we examine the landscape of JIBS authorship over time to assess: (1) the accessibility of JIBS to new contributors, and (2) the diversity of authors contributing to JIBS. Our analysis of author data from 1972 to 2014 shows that JIBS is becoming more accessible, as indicated by the high and sustained proportion of first-time contributors to the journal.
