摘要：Practitioners often claim that takeover pressure induces managerial myopia (short-termism), but academic research provides limited empirical evidence supporting this assertion. Our study fills this void by investigating how takeover threat influences managers' resource-adjustment decisions. 摘要：How does the presence of 'controlled' foreign firms affect the productivity of domestic firms in the same industry? 摘要：We analyze methodological trends in empirical research in JIBS from 1970 to 2019.
