摘要:An essential challenge of cultural adaptation is to smoothly and swiftly incorporate new behaviors into one's cultural repertoire. I introduce the term cultural retooling to capture this process and provide a theory of its psychological dynamics. 摘要:Past research has consistently shown that separation of CEO and board chair roles has no systematic effect on firm performance. In this study, we introduce the different forms of such separation: apprentice, departure, and demotion. 摘要:This study explores the impact of the mismatch between two sources of power, ownership and status, on the effectiveness of interorganizational relations.
