摘要:Although the vast majority of U.S. firms follow a policy of pay secrecy, research provides a limited understanding of its overall utility to organizations. 摘要:Although past studies have paid considerable attention to firms' reputations, few have investigated the actions that firms take following a reputation-damaging event. 摘要:This paper investigates the evolutionary dynamics of a dual social structure encompassing collaboration and conflict among corporate actors.
