摘要:Although scholars have generally focused on how individuals manage their work and home demands, employees, outsiders, and organizations coconstruct work-nonwork boundaries. 摘要:Negative feedback alerts recipients to a creativity-standard gap, and thus may offer an opportunity to improve creativity.
