摘要:Building on recent advances in crowdsourcing research, we argue that, when using crowdsourcing, governments should accurately select the crowd they wish to engage with, depending on the problem to be solved. While targeting a large crowd may be common, it is not always the most appropriate: it can waste significant resources without necessarily producing satisfactory results. 摘要:We conducted three randomized experiments to investigate whether and to what extent citizens' expectations toward waiting times for public service delivery are influenced by reference points, either in the form of social or numerical references. 摘要:Gender imbalance in public sector hiring remains a persistent concern, yet research often overlooks how job advertisement features influence applicant self-selection.
