摘要：Applying a leadership-task perspective within the context of the Greek sovereign debt crisis (2009-12), the study finds that the imperatives of short-term crisis management conflict with the ability of Greek leaders to effectively implement long-term reforms. 摘要：A major argument of this paper is that to enhance the theoretical value of the concept of governance one must focus on how governance networks operate and with what outcomes. To that end, the paper offers a typology of governance-network capacity (GNC).
