摘要:Climate change could pose an urgent threat to pollinators, with critical ecological and economic consequences. 摘要:An important advance in cancer therapy has been the development of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitors for the treatment of homologous recombination (HR)-deficient cancers(1-6). PARP inhibitors trap PARPs on DNA. The trapped PARPs are thought to block replisome progression, leading to formation of DNA double-strand breaks that require HR for repair(7). 摘要:The formation of galaxies by gradual hierarchical co-assembly of baryons and cold dark matter halos is a fundamental paradigm underpinning modern astrophysics(1,2) and predicts a strong decline in the number of massive galaxies at early cosmic times(3,4,5).
