摘要：Many European countries are concerned about the asymmetric distribution of refugees within their territory. In response, they have developed policies to spatially disperse asylum seekers. 摘要：As European Union (EU) policymaking becomes increasingly politicized, national and local authorities face pressure to justify compliance with contested EU rules. This study examines how different explanations for compliance affect citizens' perceptions of legitimacy. 摘要：Using collaborative governance theory and stochastic actor-oriented models (SAOMs), this study examines the co-evolution of networks and participant characteristics in 1505 infrastructure PPP projects involving 3225 participants across 35 large and medium-sized Chinese cities.
