摘要:We present a switching observer for a class of nonuniformly observable systems that are affine in the unmeasured states and nonlinear in the measured output. Using a singular time-rescaling, the dynamics of the estimation error is transformed into that of a bimodal switched linear system. 摘要:In this article, we consider the joint problems of state estimation and model identification for a class of continuous-time nonlinear systems in the output-feedback canonical form. An adaptive observer is proposed that combines an extended high-gain observer and a discrete-time identifier. 摘要:We introduce a novel method of model reduction for nonlinear systems by extending the Loewner framework developed for linear time-invariant systems. This objective is achieved by defining Loewner functions obtained by utilizing a state-space interpretation of the Loewner matrices. A Loewner equivalent model using these functions is derived. This allows constructing reduced order models achieving interpolation in the Loewner sense.

摘要:This article presents an output feedback controller and observer design approach for linear time-invariant systems with unknown dynamics. The presented method uses an open-loop reference model to generate the desired trajectory and a closed-loop reference model as an observer. The controller only uses the observer states.
