摘要:The dominant narrative about the rise of international business (IB) focuses on early research and the institutionalization of a new academic field. 摘要:All business contributes to environmental crises because of its focus on profit. We argue that international business (IB) contributes more than its fair share. 摘要:Prior research is equivocal about whether leadership is more effective when it matches typical cultural practices (the cultural congruence argument) or compensates for ineffective cultural practices (the cultural compensation argument).
