摘要：Using panel data analysis, this paper investigates the impact of returnee entrepreneurs, foreign direct investment (FDI) intensity and inter-firm employee mobility on innovation in Chinese high-tech firms. 摘要：We consider the influence of economic institutions on firm performance by examining how size and age are related to export growth under different levels of free-market institutional development. Using a multi-country sample of Central and Eastern European firms, we test our predictions that size and age will have a positive diminishing relationship with export growth in transitional economies, but a U-shaped relationship in less advanced transitional economies. 摘要：This paper reports on a multimethod study of knowledge transfer in international acquisitions. Using questionnaire data we show that the transfer of technological know-how is facilitated by communication, visits & meetings, and by time elapsed since acquisition, while the transfer of patents is associated with the articulability of the knowledge, the size of the acquired unit, and the recency of the acquisition. 摘要：This paper examines the impact of globalisation, by means of growing international trade, on firm entry and exit at the industry level.
