摘要：Individual measurements, means, and type contours are given. The series is not more variable than in other Egyptian dynasties. Judged by the coefficient of racial likeness it is most like the 4th and 5th dynasty Egyptians from Deshasheh and Medurn and the modern Cretans. It has a higher cephalic index, a greater height, and a higher height-length index than any other early Egyptian type. These divergences are in the direction of the modern Cretan type.

摘要：Approximations of orders up to n-4 are developed for the moment coefficients of standard de viations of samples from a general population, and for the special cases where the sampled population is normal or exponential or of Type III. The degree of approximation is tested numerically.
