摘要：Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) is a technique used in materials science to study the microtexture of metals, producing data that measure the orientations of crystals in a specimen. 摘要：A methodology is proposed to efficiently model a random set via a multistage hierarchical Bayesian model. We define a NonOverlapping Random Disk Model (NORDM), which is similar in spirit to the well-known Poisson-Boolean model. This model is formulated in a conditional setting that facilitates Bayesian sampling of important parameters in the model. 摘要：In modeling disease transmission there is much emphasis on how many people are infected but less attention is paid to when the infections occur, and the unrealistic assumption of constant infectiousness is often made.
