摘要:Interpretive politics is a contest over the framing of ideas. In the context of closed-door, elite policymaking groups, interpretive politics shapes the thinking of both group members and the wider community of stakeholders. 摘要:Studies of moral reasoning in public administration have used James Rest's Defining Issues Test (DIT) and the Stewart-Sprinthall Management Survey (SSMS), both derived from Lawrence Kohlberg's work, to assess the moral reasoning of government managers and personnel with disparate results.
