摘要:The current article proposes a dual-process model to explain how newcomer learning, an outcome of the early socialization experiences of new public employees, leads to organizational commitment in public organizations. 摘要:Collaborative governance regimes (CGRs) are often viewed as a means to be more inclusive of diverse actors than other forms of governance.
