摘要:Using stylized models, we investigate when and how expert service providers should offer their services online, and whether they should charge separate prices for face-to-face and online services or provide the online service as a free supplement. 摘要:We address the dynamics of post-merger risks for a firm acquiring an information technology (IT) company over a long-termhorizon, and examine the impact of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) motives on its post-merger risks after controlling for its self-selection into the specific motives the acquiring firm seeks. 摘要:We study an enterprise software vendor's decision on three prominent licensing models-on-premises, software as a service (SaaS), and hybrid. Our findings indicate that both the customers' estimation of the future software quality improvement and network effects play critical roles in the software vendor's choice of optimal licensing models.
