摘要:In retailing operations, retailers face the challenge of incomplete demand information. We develop a new concept named K-approximate convexity, which is shown to be a generalization of K-convexity, to address this challenge. 摘要:We consider a system in which two competing servers provide customer-intensive services and the service reward is affected by the length of service time. The customers are boundedly rational and choose their service providers according to a logit model.
