摘要：Accountable care organizations (ACOs) are responsible for the quality and cost of care of specified patient populations, including the cost of referrals. Motivated by this environment, we study care coordination for healthcare referrals. Due to high handling costs and remote storage locations, such stocks are typically not used for day-to-day operations.
