摘要：This research examines how national cultural differences between the acquirer and target firms affect post-acquisition performance in cross-border acquisitions. We focus on two dimensions of national culture-individualism/collectivism (IDV) and power distance (PDI)-for their close relevance to structural changes that occur during post-acquisition integration. 摘要：We examine a scenario in which a service provider updates its queue length information to customers at a specific frequency. 摘要：This study explores the effects of competition on fair trade operations. Specifically, as a benchmark, we first consider a model with a single fair trade organization (FTO), that is, a monopoly FTO. 摘要：Newborn screening (NBS) plays a key role in detecting life-threatening genetic disorders, with cystic fibrosis (CF) being a prominent example. Having CF requires both copies of the CFTR gene (one inherited from each parent) to be pathogenic variants.
