摘要:A new zero-order algorithm to solve the maximum hands-off control is proposed. Maximum hands-off control is discretized into a convex linear programming problem by zero-order-hold discretization. The first-order necessary conditions for linear programming problems are presented. 摘要:This article proposes a novel sufficient condition for the incremental input-to-state stability of a class of recurrent neural networks (RNNs). The established condition is compared with others available in the literature, showing to be less conservative. 摘要:The Lyapunov stability theory is developed for absorbing continuous-time Markov chains (CT-MCs) in this technical note.
