摘要:In this article, we investigate the leader-follower consensus of multiagent systems over finite fields, which model agents with limited capacities for storing, processing, and transmitting the information, from the perspectives of the transition graph and the characteristic polynomial of the network matrix, respectively. By the features of dynamics over finite fields, we reveal that the transition graph of networks achieving the leader-follower consensus over finite fields is either a spanning...

摘要:In this article, we mainly study an integrated networked control system operating over multipath routing networks, where the delivered control signal in each path experiences both transmission delay and packet loss. These imperfections significantly compromise system performance and may even cause instability. For such a system, we derive, for the first time, the necessary and sufficient stabilization condition utilizing a delay-dependent algebraic Riccati equation. Different from many previou...

摘要:This article investigates the stabilization problem of stop-and-go waves in vehicle traffic flow with bilateral boundary feedback control. The stop-and-go waves induce the discontinuities of vehicle speed and density, which inturn lead to different traffic states on the front and back sides of the shock front. According to the Rankine-Hugoniot condition, a propagation equation of the shock front is proposed depending on the characteristic velocities of the Aw-Rascle-Zhang traffic flow model. T...

摘要:This article creates a numerical platform for practical utility of the recently introduced theoretical framework of robust Minkowski-Lyapunov functions. Systems of affine inequalities and equalities whose feasibility verifies the robust Lyapunov nature of polyhedral Minkowski functions with respect to the recently introduced robust Minkowski-Lyapunov inequality are derived. The theoretically exact verification of the robust Minkowski-Lyapunov inequality in the polyhedral setting is reduced to ...

摘要:This article presents an analytical approach to solve the infinite horizon H-infinity tracking control problem in nonlinear systems with unknown drift dynamics. A new quadratic cost function is presented that includes a feed-forward term and compensates the unknown nonlinearity effects in drift dynamics to improve the tracking performance. It is shown that the proposed cost function can be stated in another form. This enables us to extract the optimal solution without solving Hamilton-Jacobi-I...

摘要:The necessary and sufficient conditions for the newly introduced problem to find a strictly F-positive real (SF-PR) interpolant for a one-sided rational interpolation are given, as well as the set of all solutions. The SF-PR property of the interpolant H, for a rational matrix (RM) F to be found, implies that H is bistable and biproper (BiPS). Since such an interpolant is needed in the strong stabilization problem, the interpolation result is used to develop a control design algorithm such tha...

摘要:We propose a distributed control, in which many identical control agents are deployed for controlling a linear time-invariant plant that has multiple input-output channels. Each control agent can join or leave the control loop during the operation of stabilization without particular initialization over the whole networked agents. Once new control agents join the loop, they self-organize their control dynamics, which does not interfere the control by other active agents, which is achieved by lo...

摘要:Reference governors are add-on control schemes, which enforce state constraints on prestabilized systems by modifying, whenever necessary, the reference. This article studies the design schemes of reference governors for collisions-free leader-following coordination (CF-LFC) of nonlinear multiagent systems under unreliable communications. The unreliability is characterized as irregular topology switchings (e.g., due to communication failures, adversarial attacks, or other agents' blockages), w...

摘要:Secure state monitoring is mainly concerned with the problem of estimating the state of cyber-physical systems from a set of compromised attacked measurements. Compared with the case of fixed location attacks, a smart attacker who appropriately changes the attack target location can effectively resist intelligent defense detection and enhance the damage effect. To address this erratic attack, this article develops a distributed secure state monitoring protocol for a class of homogeneous cyber-...

摘要:This article is concerned with the high-performance control problem for the nonlinear systems in the sense of not only fast accurate reference tracking but also active damping of error oscillations caused by disturbances and unmodeled dynamics. A novel proportional-integral (PI) funnel control approach with rigorous theoretical insurance is put forward to handle this problem. In contrast with the existing solutions that work for weekly nonlinear systems or rely on available knowledge of the sy...
