摘要:This article addresses the switching-based deployment of multiagent systems using the Kuramoto-Sivashinsky model. Based on the output measurements, a switching control law is proposed to select only one leader for data transmission. The leader-actuated closed-loop system is modeled by a nonlinear Kuramoto-Sivashinsky equation. 摘要:This article introduces small-gain sufficient conditions for 2-contraction of feedback interconnected systems, on the basis of individual gains of suitable subsystems arising from a modular decomposition of the second additive compound matrix variational equation. 摘要:This article considers gain-scheduling of quadratic supply rate (QSR)-dissipative subsystems using scheduling matrices. The corresponding QSR-dissipative properties of the overall matrix-gain-scheduled system, which depends on the QSR properties of the subsystems scheduled, are explicitly derived. 摘要:This article formulates algorithms to upper-bound the maximum value-at-risk (VaR) of a state function along trajectories of stochastic processes. The VaR is upper bounded by two methods: minimax tail-bounds (Cantelli/Vysochanskij-Petunin) and Expected Shortfall (ES)/Conditional VaR.
