摘要:Carsharing has been considered as an effective means to increase mobility and reduce personal vehicle usage and related carbon emissions. 摘要:When suppliers (i.e., contract manufacturers) fail to comply with health and safety regulations, buyers (retailers) are compelled to improve supplier compliance by conducting audits and imposing penalties. 摘要:We investigate when a buyer seeking to procure multiple units of an input may find it advantageous to run a test auction in which she has incumbent suppliers bid on a portion of the desired units. 摘要:Retailers typically use assortment planning to maximize store profits given product characteristics. We study the manufacturers' price-setting interactions and how these can be manipulated by the retailer's assortment strategy.
