摘要:The objective of this study is to integrate both multimarket contact and strategic similarity in the analysis of entry decisions. 摘要:We address the following two questions: how upstream vertical alliance (UVA) activity affects the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs); and how SME perceptions of that relationship influence the choice to engage in UVA activity. 摘要:This paper examines the effects of information technology (IT) on the governance of vertically related firms. 摘要:To foster 'creative destruction,' entrants must survive the turbulent conditions they face in their first crucial years in the industry. We investigate how the external knowledge milieu of an entrant, conceptualized as its innovative environment, causes systematic variation in survival patterns. 摘要:Article impact is becoming an increasingly popular metric for assessing a scholar's influence, yet little is known about its properties or the factors that affect it. This study tests whether author, article, and methodological attributes influence the impact of SMJ articles, defined as summed counts of article citations.
