摘要:Using the psychological contract literature as a framework, we examined upwardly mobile managers' reactions to lengthening job tenure brought about by slower organizational growth and greater competition among peers. 摘要:This paper examines exchange governance issues in the U.S. and Japanese automobile industries using a transactions cost framework. Empirical results are partially consistent with transactions cost theory, but may also require a rethinking of transactions cost logic under conditions of high uncertainty.
