摘要:This research investigates the relationship between virtual employees' degree of physical isolation and their perceived respect in the organization. 摘要:We examine how partners in vertical exchange relationships actually resolve disputes that are sufficiently serious to get lawyers involved. 摘要:This study uses data from the National Basketball Association to explore organizational mechanisms that affect the division of firm surplus in human-capital-intensive activity. 摘要:Family firms are thought to pursue nonfinancial goals that provide socioemotional wealth, but socioemotional wealth is feasible only with family control of the firm.
