摘要:We develop and test a model that extends the understanding of how people react to news of organizational unethical behavior and how such reactions impact stock performance. 摘要:We develop a theory explaining how collectivism causes people to blur demographic differences, that is, to see less diversity than actually exists in a group, and reconciling contradictions in how collectivistic norms influence group performance.
