摘要:To respond to the challenge of how organizations can develop leaders who can think strategically, we investigate the relation of leaders' global work experiences-that is, those experiences that require the role incumbent to transcend national boundaries-to their competency in strategic thinking. 摘要:Employee radical creativity critically depends on substantive informational resources from others across the wider organization. We propose that the social network ties of employees' immediate leaders assume a central role in garnering these resources, thereby fostering their employees' radical creativity both independent of and interactively with employees' own network ties. 摘要:In this research, we apply a team self-regulatory perspective to build and test theory focusing on the relationships between team efficacy and 2 key team performance criteria: a performance behavior (i.e., team effort) and a performance outcome (i.e., objective team sales). 摘要:This article introduces process shifts to study the temporal interplay among transition and action processes espoused in the recurring phase model proposed by Marks, Mathieu, and Zacarro (2001).
