摘要:Detaching from work is beneficial because it helps employees recover from work demands. However, we argue that detachment may be a trade-off for employees in organizations with higher (vs. lower) levels of performance pressure. 摘要:Organizations increasingly encourage, recognize, and reward ethical leadership to preempt the economic and reputational risks associated with ethical failures. 摘要:Drawing from the neuroscience literature and recent advancements in sleep technology, we examine how closed loop acoustic stimulation can improve employee sleep and subsequent work behaviors.
