摘要:Integrating insights from team hierarchy literature and shared leadership research, we propose and test a model that illuminates the positive and negative team processes through which shared leadership relates to team creativity. 摘要:This article reports the results of a 33-wave longitudinal study of relations between job insecurity and physical and mental health based on monthly data collected between April 2020 and December 2022 among n = 1,666 employees in Germany.
